The quotation for the work arrived promptly and a prompt start date agreed. The tradesman carrying out the work arrived on time , verified the work needed and got on with the job. He was very pleasant to deal with. When the work was complete the operation of the ladder was clearly explained and demonstrated and I tested the ladder which met my expectations. All necessary paperwork (manufacturers instructions etc ) was provided.
